Registration & Sign In

You must register online to place an order. Registration creates an account for you even if you choose not to make a purchase at that time. Any items left in your shopping cart will be saved for the next time you visit the site. Click here to register.

Placing Orders Online

Select the items you wish to purchase, place them in your Shopping Cart, then proceed to checkout. If you have not registered at this site, you must do so before completing your purchase.

Order Confirmation

To confirm your order print a copy of your order upon completion. If your order is being shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation from UPS.

Canceling & Changing Orders

Once your order is placed, you must contact us by phone or email within 24 hours to change or cancel your order.

Changing Account Information

To change your account information sign in and go to My Account.

Password

When you register, you must choose a password. If you have forgotten your password, we will email it to the email address in your registration file.

We take phone orders from 9am-5pm Central Standard time Monday - Friday.

Sales Tax

Pure Reign Spa collects sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Illinois. Sales tax is the customer's responsibility for all orders being shipped outside of Illinois.

Return Policy

Unopened items may be returned, at the customers expense, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returns must be authorized in advance by Pure Reign Spa. Contact us by phone or email and include your name, order number and reason for the return. We only accept preauthorized returns, shipped UPS on unopened products. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. PLEASE NOTE: Any returns received that were not shipped UPS will not be accepted.
